The choice of products and the colour coded theme for the different firmness was perfect for us to determine where we looked and tried made it so much easier.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the price, which is a little on the expensive size. However, the staff in the store were extremely friendly and helpful.

Natalie was so caring and friendly, which made me feel completely at ease. We were not rushed which made it so easy for me as I have a severe back problem, and need to take my time . We enjoyed 2lovely cups of Latte an made to feel really at ease. Thankyou Natalie.

Was impressed by product knowledge, availability and the importance of customer value for money. I paid a deposit and was told when Dreams would contact me when final payment was due. This occurred exactly on time. Date of delivery was confirmed as exactly the date given at time of purchase and I have no reason to believe that this date will not be honoured.

Glenn who served us was very concientious and knew exactly what he was talking about. Spent a considerable amount of time explaining different things.The store was colour coded so that one knew what one was looking for instantly ie foam or pocket sprung. A very pleasant experience.

A pleasant welcome not hassled on entrance a good selection as we knew as we bought are last bed from same store 6yrs ago. We was left to browse before we asked for help them your sales assistant who was very good and knew her stuff who's name was Maisie polite most pleasant was given coffee and not pressured in to anything.

Based on a previous visit to another branch of dreams, this experience surpassed expectations.
