I had already seen the bed I wanted and went in to order it, the assistant got on with it straight away and sorted everything out very quickly and was very efficient and knowledgeable

We were served by the assistant manager of the store who was very polite & friendly during our visit making us feel at ease the entire time even offering us a drink of tea or coffee whilst there in the store. He had a solid knowledge of not only the products we were buying but also of the terms of sale & explained the warranty on our products as well as the delivery service & provided us with a bag for our old mattress which would be collected with the rest of our bed to be recycled.

The assistant seemed to know what we wanted & was very knowledgeable to give us a great deal of help, also when the company's software let him down he didn't seem to get wound up about it .
