The sales assistant Natalie was very knowledgeable and talked us through how the mattress was made and allowed us to try out different styles of mattress. What the pros and cons were of different brands.

We felt welcome the moment we went into the shop. We got help from Ian and his colleagues. Things were explained clearly making it easy for us to make decisions.

Carol was really helpful and friendly. she answered our questions and gave us advice on which mattresses to try after we told her our current problems and what we now wanted. she made the purchase really easy.

Glenn was very helpful in helping us choose a mattress, my son has chronic pain and spends most of his time in bed so he recommend one to help

Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in offering options and explaining the different products
