The shopping experience went smoothly

I thought the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful without being intrusive - we were recommended products suitable for a bad back which proved to be just what we were looking for - we were asked numerous times if we’d like a drink and would definitely shop here again - can’t fault the staff or their service

The colleague knew what she was talking about. As soon as we walked into the store we were offered coffee and at the time of purchase the colleague went through the paperwork thoroughly with us.

Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very satisfied with the mattress we bought.

We have never bought a bed and mattress before. Glenn not only welcomed us but was able to find the right product. He had a brilliant knowledge and made the process easy which made a daunting task and simple and satisfying one. We would not have purchased on the day without his assistance.
