The colleague, Carol, was absolutely brilliant, so caring (we had my disabled Grandson with us) and she was extremely efficient with her knowledge and procedure. Top marks!

Natalie was able to answer any question explained make up of mattress. Went through all paperwork clearly and doubled checked details before taking any money. Put at ease offered coffee making you feel welcome

We were offered and given the help needed to understand the choices and how each potentially impacted on sleep. All my questions were addressed with comprehensive understanding and we were given the time to absorb and consider our position so that we could make the final decision without pressure to do so
