The person that served me was frendly but not pushy. He had a good knowledge of the items and explained the paper work well

WE were not harassed while browsing the producyts in store but an assistant was instantly ready when we had queries. He had good knowledge, was extremely helpful and did not press us to spend more than we wanted to.

We weren't hurried despite it being close to the end of the working day.Given lots of time to try out different mattresses, lots of useful product information and suggestions but didn't feel pressurized.We left having bought the item we wanted at a reasonable price.

Extensive range of products available to inspect, of which we took advantage. Staff did not intrude until we were ready to pose our queries and to determine the overall cost of our choice of bed, mattress, assembly of our chosen bed and removal of our existing bed and mattress. The salesman was extremely helpful. knowledgeable and patient.

Staff were very helpful and the whole process was quick and easy only 2 weeks to wait for delivery this was the second compete bed I have brought from dreams and the only reason for purchasing another was I wanted a bigger bed.

Carol was of excellent assistance Products we were interested in were available to view, try and carol was able to demo their features

We were met on entry into the store. Sometimes this can be by a pushy salesman. This was certainly not the case today. We were made to feel welcome and Ian asked us what we were looking for and then directed us to the choice of mattresses and explained them all. The colour coding of the type of mattress made the process much easier. Whilst we trying them Ian brought us over a cup of tea and coffee. Ian clarified a few points we had and this enabled us to make a decision. We were trying to get a mattress delivered before a funeral next week and Ian was able to confirm that this would happen. We placed the order and Ian explained some offers that went with our purchase and we took out the extra warranty period cost as well. We could not have had a more pleasurable but efficient salesman to meet our needs. Thank you Dreams.

Was a great experience. Nice and friendly staff . We was approached as soon as walked into the store. Overall a very happy experience

Daniel th e assistant was excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He then left me to continue looking and trying in peace, with no pressure, as soon as I was ready to talk again he was there and answered my queries and took my order with the minimum amount of fuss. I will be back again.
