Dan and Carol were very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us all the help we needed, but left us alone to try out as many beds as we wished during our visit. They were the ideal salespeople for us.

Our sales assistant Glenn at Tunbridge Wells listened to our requirements, offered different options and more importantly did not push the most expensive mattresses. Very impressed with the Glenn's friendliness and professionalism and the range of mattresses within the store. Ordered 2 of the same King size mattress for 2 of our children.
