i had spoken to Natalie on the phone re availability of Tempur mattresses to try. She was very helpful. Once in store i saw Natalie and she helped me with a pillow to try out the Tempur mattresses. She also got me a black coffee.. i felt she was professional and helpful throughout my visit.

the store was layed spaced out very well so each item was easy to see your staff (Glenn) new what he was talking about and that made thinks much easier, all in all a very good experience
