Whilst looking we were asked if we needed any help. The lady that helped was very nice and understood my needs exactly. Also gave me the option of buying an ex display mattress which was ideal as it was for a young child and saved me money which was great after paying out for a new big boys bed.

Helpful member of staff Carol who assisted us well in making our choice. good choice of products as well and explained well.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating (we had 3 children with us). They offered us drinks and were happy to spend a lot of time talking through the different options to suit very specific needs. Dan, the manager, was friendly and helpful. He remembered our children's names as we visited on 3 occasions.

The member of staff who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and made our visit stress free and pleasant. She did a very good job, she gave the right amount of attention without being overwhelming. Perfect customer service.

We were Highly satisfied as all our questions relating to the type of bed we required were met with friendly , knowledgable and satisfactory answers. We decided to upgrade the the bed to a more expensive model as we thought the finish and fabric was more durable and of a better quality.

Daniel who served us was brilliant we got to try out different mattresses to see which we prefered he got us coffee and allowed us to take our time with no fussing round us,but when we wanted help or advice he was there.we ended up getting a brilliant mattress and decent pillows we can't thank him enough
