All the staff were very knowledgable, helpful and pleasant. Our questions were answers and we were assisted in our chose, while also being left on our own to discuss our option before making our final purchase. Easy transaction.

from the moment we walked into the store we were approached and offered a drink whilst we looked about. There was absolutely no pressure put on us, we had a dedicated member of staff who looked after all our needs.

Glenn went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the bed/mattress/pillow and overed me a tape measure to save me having to go to my car Also they offered some boxes and tape to save me going to a shop as we mentioned we were about to move

My Wife and I wanted to buy a Matress and duvet for my Son.Cara was very welcoming and helpful and I think we got exactly what we wanted(havn't unpacked matress yet)---Thanks for the very good advice that was given.
