Returning customers after being treated very well during our last visit. The store is big and bright and had the whole range of mattress's that we wanted to look at. We were very well looked after by your colleague Dan and we left with an order placed.

We were welcomed immediately by a member of staff (Natalie) when we entered the store and were offered help. Natalie was extremely knowledgable and very friendly explaining the way in which different beds were constructed and why. We were left to try out the beds at our leisure whilst being offered a complimentary drink. The rapport between Natalie and all the other staff members was friendly and relaxed. Having made our decision on which bed to buy, the whole purchasing process was swift and thoroughly explained and delivery was promised in a reasonable time.
