The salesperson (Carol) was absolutely brilliant- fantastic customer service. She knew all the products and helped us make a choice. Very friendly and professional.

The sales assistant was very helpful and understanding, I could not fault the service received.

We were asked if we needed help as soon as we arrived in store, the assistant asked myself and my husband what each of us wanted from our new mattress,what type we have now and our budget.

Natalie was knowledgeable but not pushy, she encouraged my to try a variety of mattresses and gave me all the information I needed.

Natalie customer service exceptional. Deliver was to an empty house in another town, delivery driver (Pete Spence) in shop gave very good service to ensure it would not be first delivery, so we could get there.

Got exactly what the wife wanted. Female member of staff was friendly, helpful and made departing with our hard earned pension very nearly a pleasure!

We went in originally to gather information, she looked through our previous transactions to find the same mattress we had previously purchased. She wrote down the information for us and when we came back to purchase the bed and mattress she was very helpful and friendly during the whole process!
