Glenn's attentiveness to our search for a new product was pivotal in my remarks. Being offered a coffee and the staff not being worried or showing anxiety to the fact that we had 2 young children present also affected my answers.

Glen was so knowledgable from the start and he answered all our questions. The best thing about his is that he wasn't pushy!

We were not under pressure to purchase a mattress from the store. All our queries were answered and explained clearly. The Lady who assisted us was very polite and enthusiastic

We were attended to by Kyle who was incredibly professional he understood our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. A very nice chap. All you other staff were really friendly to.

The assistant, Natalie, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process very easy and I am delighted with the bed that I have purchased for my father.
