Kyle was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed too much trouble, he assisted me with placing an order for exactly what I had gone to the store to purchase and dealt with my requests quickly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was exactly how I would want a sales person to be - helpful but not at all pushy! I was spending a lot of money which is always a big decision but I felt like I got a fair deal.

We received customer service and product knowledge from Glen in an appropriate manner he told us about products after we said what we were looking for etc and then gave us time to explore all options and wander through the store etc. Other colleague helpful too and seemed to work as good team Glen gave us excellent service and would make us more likely to return and recommend Dreams to friends and family - Have not taken delivery or experienced the bed as yet but know the 40 day exchange is there if not the right choice thank you

The gentleman that served me (Kevin, Tunbridge Wells Branch) was very helpful but was not pushy and I felt he got me a good price on the tv bed and mattress.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about Tempur products. He helped us chose the correct mattresse.

Salesman appeared very confident, was able to answer all of our questions. He allowed us a good amount of time to look around before making himself available to sort out our order. The payment was done efficiently and quickly whilst still ensuring we were happy that everything had been covered. Very slick service.

The staff were very good. We have left deciding which bed to get as I like one & my husband likes another. But in store you want to charge £39 delivery & on the web site no charge , WHY??,,,,Because if this is the case I shall order from the website, after the staff have taken their time with us this does seem unfair.
