Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Made the whole process, paticularly choosing a mattress very straight forward. We were even served a cup of tea. Took out finance and that was explained very thoroughly

The sales assistant was very helpful, listening to my needs and advising best options available and explaining store policie. He drew my attention to things I hadn't thought of. The experience was a pleasure.

Natalie, who served us, was attentive and on hand when needed but gave us plenty off time to discuss the options between ourselves. She made us tea and coffee, and offered advice when appropriate. She was exceptionally good and had a great knowledge of the beds and mattresses from all the different suppliers. She also found us a great deal, meaning the mattress and base we really wanted became affordeable.

The assistant was so patient with myself and my son -My son is autistic and was more interested in playing with your remote controlled beds and bouncing on everything -However the assassistants were very patient and kind and left us for a while and just dipped back with no pressure to help us make our final choice - Think we were in the store for 2 hours -my son had a lively time and looming for to his comfy new mattress

The sales person was very helpful and made the decision much easier, he seemed to really know what he was talking about.

all staff in store very helpful and friendly. advised to buy new pillows with mattress as we did. paperwork explained in detail.delivery when required and removing old mattress.tried out beds with no pressure to buy.joked with staff when wife said a cup of tea in bed would be nice when trying comfort of bed

The staff member listened to our needs and didn't try to 'hard sell' us, just went with what we wanted and clearly answered our questions.

I was highly satisfied because I was able to purchase a better mattress for the same price as the one I was originally interested in buying.

We went to Dreams as we have used them before and found that the help and knowledge provided by the staff is fantastic. Our colleague's name was Glenn on this visit to our local store in Royal Tunbridge Wells. We could not have asked any more from him, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to find the right bed, he asked all the right questions and one's we had never thought of but glad he did! we were looked after and left alone when needed (as if by magic he knew when). The choice was far more then we thought possible, with many combinations available to suit all. the whole experience was a pleasure.
