I felt that I was left to browse when I indicated that's what I wanted. No pressure. I was given assistance when I wanted it. The salesman To y was very patient, full of information but kept it easy to understand. I was even offered a cup of tea, the experience could not have been improved upon. I have two pet hates, a) someone wandering around after me - making me feel irritated. B) sales staff not taking no for an answer when they are trying to hard sell extras. This was just a 'nice casual experience, where I spent more than I had intended, as it was no hassle .'

Glenn was able to assess what our needs were quiet quickly and guided to the right products. He gave just the right balance of helping us, answering questions and leaving us alone to try mattresses out and discuss what we liked. He made us feel very comfortable and did not mind our daughter helping or how long we took! We enjoyed our drinks too, they made us stay longer. We appreciated being helped through the whole process by just one person.

I found Guy in the Tunbridge Wells store very helpful although he wasn't normally based in that store. He was efficient and understanding of my needs. I was very pleased with the service I had been offered tea or coffee although I don't drink either. I would be very happy to be served by him again.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable but didn't follow us around. He gave us plenty of time to look on our own but provided information when needed.

Natalie was extremely helpful and friendly. She was brilliant and understood exactly what we were looking for. She even contacted the delivery team to find out why delivery was going to take so long. The only disappointing thing about our order was the fact that we could have had delivery on the 29th April which suddenly changed to the 15th May...not at all happy about that, but Natalie's 'above and beyond' attitude made up for it!

Quality of service tony was very patient explained what type of beds that would best suite my needs ,he also explained many different types of matteress's how would best give better support & quality advising me to try out before buying also for my son who also brought a bed as well & was very pleased as he has special needs & made him feel at ease choosing the right bed

Because Tony took as much time that I NEEDED ALSO HE WOULD GO OVER IT UNTIL I was. HappyI was very nervous when I came in a while ago-todayI nealy forgot that I was in a shop- one more thing he gave me some very helpful adives which I will follow. Up so thank you Tony
