I am having trouble retrieving my order on the website. I have had a couple of useful chats ( line) and we have established a delivery date but i still can't access my order to pay the balance. I will just wait a while as the bed is not being delivered until the middle of next month

I ended up spending more than I meant to and more than the price of a bed that had been recommended to me in Bensons So I didn’t feel it was as good value for money as Bensons (but the sales experience was better and I liked the look of your bed more). Also I was a bit disappointed at having to wait a month but maybe that’s me being impatient so don’t want to be too harsh. First world problems and all that!

We have not yet had chance to sleep on the bed. How can we know that the good service received will meet a good bed?

There were four assistants standing at the base of the stairs talking when we asked for assistance. There appeared to be a bit of reluctance to serve us initially, as they all told us they were serving someone else - there were a few members of the public looking around, but no one actually seeking assistance. One of the four was delegated to serve us. This assistant was very polite once she agreed to serve us, but I was left with the impression that staff did not want to serve us and it was unclear why.
