I think the service was very helpful and quickly solved, the prices where slightly high, and the cleanliness wasn’t great on the mattresses however the workers offered us a drink and was such a lovely service

Because you never score anything, as a top rating. Otherwise you as a company have no target's to reach, and whatever the rating might be. There is always room for improvement, weather a company sales bed's, car's or gas appliances. All sale's are based on satisfaction no matter what the rating, and I was completely satisfied with the way I was delt with.

The product was unavailable in store. Staff were very helpful and friendly though and enabled me to place an order.

Main doors open, leaves all over the entrance inside the store, 2 employees had food, one was emptying rubbish out the back. Another customer was in the store complaining about his previous purchase. Stores general condition was not clean and tidy. Some 'sale items' were not clearly marked when the discount ended. I cannot say that we are completely satisfied as at the moment we have not received delivery of our new bed, and so for me that is part of the process. Will we receive exactly what we ordered at the time promised. I have scored a little better than I might against the comments I made as the store was getting ready to close. However for me the last customer of the day should have the same experience as the first customer of the day. In summary the team did their job well enough no major issues, but there is an opportunity for improvement.
