Main doors open, leaves all over the entrance inside the store, 2 employees had food, one was emptying rubbish out the back. Another customer was in the store complaining about his previous purchase. Stores general condition was not clean and tidy. Some 'sale items' were not clearly marked when the discount ended. I cannot say that we are completely satisfied as at the moment we have not received delivery of our new bed, and so for me that is part of the process. Will we receive exactly what we ordered at the time promised. I have scored a little better than I might against the comments I made as the store was getting ready to close. However for me the last customer of the day should have the same experience as the first customer of the day. In summary the team did their job well enough no major issues, but there is an opportunity for improvement.

Lauren was lovely and dealt with us well. One of her colleagues was on the computer that Lauren took us to, explaining that there was a shortage of available computers. Her colleague continued on the computer, inputting things incorrectly and making excuses about whatever she was doing. I made two comments - the first was that "she was not instilling confidence in me" and to her reply I responded that "I was a customer and could very easily walk out of the door" She then stopped whatever she was doing and freed up the computer for Lauren to commence our transaction.

We were satisfied because everything met our expectations in terms of products and service. To be highly satisfied we felt there would need to be something beyond our expectations. However, our expectations were high to begin with and these expectations were certainly met. Carol who served us was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. An asset to Dreams Tunbridge Wells.

The bed has not been delivered yet so I do not know how satisfied I will be by the end of the experience. Spending nearly a £1000 in the store was easy. Delivery timing and satisfaction of delivery are also part of the experience and I will not know about that until delivery on 1st September.

I didn't think I gave my consent to receiving these sort of emails. My item has not been delivered yet so I cannot give a total picture. I was very satisfied with the sales personnel, but would have liked an earlier delivery date, but none were available.

The delivery time quoted was disappointing with four weeks to wait.
