It was all fine, though not a 5* experience. Our server did move onto another customer during his dealings with us, which could have lost our custom.

It's fine. Given the prices the service I got was what I had expected. Some items in the store seem a little overpriced. But if there is a matching demand, who am I to judge.

I can't think of anything very important that Dreams could change to make my experience highly satisfied. Maybe minor things such as softer lighting, different layout. It can be awkward lying on a bed with strangers doing the same opposite. Although the salesman did point out which mattresses we should try & there seemed to be some colour code with the throws I was easily distracted having my children with me. It was nice that he didn't stay with us all the time as we didn't feel pressured, but I did find I had forgotten some of what he had explained. We were also offered a drink on more than one occasion which was lovely, but not practical when lying on beds.

No discount offered for buying two mattresses and one month wait for delivery. Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

We were highly satisfied with the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff member, Kyle, who spent a long time with us to help us find what we needed. We can't comment on the particular items that we received as they have not arrived yet. We landed up spending quite a lot more than we had intended, but Kyle found us the best discounts that he could, which helped, and the in-store products seemed great. Possibly having a running total of our order cost as we went along might have helped us with our budget.
