The layout of the shop is confusing .. it would be more useful to customers to have the categories of matresses more clearly labelled and categorised or arranged physically in groups.

We were being assisted by a particular member of staff but when we wanted to make our purchase he was dealing with another customer.

Our experience at Dreams was very good the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mistresses. We were given the information and then given space to try out the mattresses. The order was not rushed which was comfortable particularly considering the amount being spent! I rarely rate anything as the top score as this suggests that their is no room for improvement. Every business has room for improvement, such as on going training and staff maintaining standards. Our visit was very good and we are looking forward to the delivery date.

On the whole I was highly satisfied but I have yet to take delivery of the mattress purchased so it remains to be seen.

Overall, the outlet was fine, but to be highly satisfied the outlet would need to be exceptional. Plus only 2 staff meant we needed to wait to be dealt with.

Very good customer service when dealing with my husband and me when looking at mattresses.

Our first visit we were told the system for finding beds and told we would be left alone. Minutes later we were followed everywhere by a sales assistant. We returned the next day, explained that we'd been in before and Bob left us to it until we were ready with questions. His was the far more favourable approach.

The assistant was very polite and friendly. Her knowledge of the beds and mattresses was impressive and she was happy to spend as much time with us as necessary. The lady gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed the experience of shopping for a bed.

We went with our 18 month old son. During the visit we needed to change him. There was a toilet but no changing table. The staff did apologise for this. We changed him on the floor with a portable mat. Maybe could consider a changing table for the overall family experience?
