My only negative comment would be the price of the beds. I purchased 2 beds showing a price of £279 each. Then the 2 mattresses were £219 each, I enquired about removal of old beds and agreed the price for this plus was talked into taking out an insurance. Total price for 2 beds at £279 = £1120. How did that happen?

There were problems processing a finance check in store which cost me about 45 minutes. This was out of the stores staff control however I just feel that the process could have been made a bit smoother.

After spending £3000 we were led to believe that 4 free pillows (that we weren't requiring) were thrown in as a good gesture, but after receiving our receipt via email, realised that we had actually paid £20 for these (originally £40 but with a £20 discount) We also wanted a delivery mid week on the 21st July, however as our required delivery date was too far in advance, the latest date we could book was Saturday 18th, therefore incurring a Saturday fee of £5.99??? We had already accepted a delivery fee of £39.00 aswell as a ottoman/drawer assembly fee of £49.99...! It just makes our purchase feel a little negative with unexpected charges cropping up.

Not many sales people abaliable

We felt that the salesman, whilst very friendly helpful and pleasant was a little to "Salesman like" and the price of the product changed twice between our agreeing to the purchase and payment. We were not given a green bag to put the old mattress in and when we phoned to ask about it we were told it would arrive by post a couple of days before delivery. We are awaiting delivery today but the bag has not yet arrived. The time we were given for delivery was between 8.30 and 10.30 am today 2nd June.We have just received a phone call from a monophonic surly young man telling us that it won't be delivered until between 13.30 and 15.30. This is not good enough, we had made arrangements to be at home this morning and are now having to rearrange previous appointments so as to be available this afternoon. Eighteen months ago we bought a bed from Dreams in Bury Lancashire where we recieved excellent all round service which we could not fault in any way.That is why we returned to Dreams for this purchase. Unfortunately this experience has not been as good.

The sales assistant spoke to us at least 3 times while we were looking at the products, but we had to wait for him to deal with another customer's order when we were finally ready to place our order
