Ideally I would have liked to take one away with me. The speed of delivery is OK at less than 2 weeks, but faster would be better.

Firstly I did the purchasing on the phone after looking at the web site. The guys product knowledge was not the best, and having to wait for him to find a price for a headboard, 2ndly I felt that I was being hounded to purchase an extended warranty insurance.

order did not arrive on planned day although text msg. was received confirming delivery date, but no subsequent call or delivery. Contacted store in TW , salesperson said they would investigate and contact me no later than midday next day. No call received until 1630 next day when called by different salesperson who asked me 'did I know what was happening with my order' as he had been asked to call me but wasn't certain why !! New delivery date made . From this point all went as planned and delivery team were first class in terms of politeness, tidiness and general handling of delivery process.

i walked in and spent 90 seconds before deciding on the mattress i wanted. It then took between 20-30 minutes to purchase the mattress which i paid for fully. it's a mattress, please can this be streamlined it was such a painful process.

I recently purchased the single bed with a pull out bed stored below from this store and was satisfied with service and product. I returned and bought a single mattress for £99 but the standard delivery is £39 on all items. The assistant did discount to £30 but that's still a v high delivery cost for a small item and 30% of the cost of my item. I think you need a tiered delivery cost.

I had a problem with your rolled up mattress's I was quite annoyed that you had non on display so I couldn't test or get a feel of what the mattress would feel like. Even though I ended up purchase a rolled up mattress I am possibly regretting it as it is not meeting up to standard.

The delivery was arranged for Friday 9th Then on Thursday at midday I received an email stating the order was ‘ not booked in ‘ and would be delivered Monday 12th.
