The delivery was arranged for Friday 9th Then on Thursday at midday I received an email stating the order was ‘ not booked in ‘ and would be delivered Monday 12th.

Delivery not yet confirmed. Confusing email from you suggesting we had to arrange delivery by clicking a link. Delivery sequence not clearly explained in store. Clearly you outsource this and do not own the problem once you have your money! Staff didn't know name of delivery company Your staff don't live up to your flashy TV advert I hope the bed is good once we receive it

I have tried many different types of mattresses and I one of your colleagues I sleep well on a twin spring firm mattress and asked him for a mattress to the same spec, he said they don't do twin spring firm anymore, but the Orchard pocket spring firm mattress is similar. It felt firm, but springy in store which I like, however when it was delivered it was so much firmer and I only got about 4 hours sleep out of 5 nights. I have now changed it for an open spring firm mattress which is more similar to what I have slept well on for years. The advise I got was not right for me as he said the pocket spring is much better quality than open, but its too firm for me, I don't get deep restorative sleep on it. It might be better quality, but my body is not comfortable on it and therefore I don't get good sleep. Better quality is not always the solution to a good nights sleep, the open spring has more give and even though the one I went for is firm, Halliday, it is a lot softer than the Orchard and it gives me a good nights sleep.

A different matress was delivered than the one I chose and paid for customer service very helpful and explained that this was the same matress as I ordered but a different colour then why aren't they called the same name and a choice of colours given instead of differing names for differing colours. Better still get the order right and just give me what i chose and paid for.

I ordered the bed and phoned the store 30mins later to amend the order. I left a couple of messages an no one responded. After getting through to them after 1.5hours,they told me I could come the next day to amend the order. When I arrived, they could not amend it and I asked for a refund and buy the upgraded product but they could not do it on the system and I have to do it through the customer service. After upgrading the item, they couldn't provide me with a receipt or written confirmation yet expected me to pay for the upgrade and take a photo by phone. I have put in the effort to come to the store to upgrade my item and they could not do that for me. Due to the poor service I would like to return the original item and get a refund.
