Both of the ladies that assisted me, one when greeting and explaining how your tech worked, and the other who took over and completed the sale, were friendly and very perceptive. Unusually, in my experience, both ladies quickly realised that I’m a no frills type of person and dealt with me accordingly. They both made it a pleasure to do business

Dan was the Dreams employee who dealt with myself during my multiple visits at Dreams Tunbridge Wells. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I deliberated over my order. I visited 4 times before all my items were ordered and not once did Dan pressure me to place the order, or treat me as if I wasn’t a potential valued customer. His service alone was enough to convince me the items I orders were worth getting from Dreams.

Maisie greeted us, understood our requirements and recommended the right products. She went to get the prices while we browsed the shop. We had another colleague tell us about another offer but they were not pushy and left us to it. We like that. Went back to Maisie and purchased her recommendation.

Clever bed machine helped narrow down choice. Helpful guidance based on feedback given on previous mattress. Laid back approach (not pushy) to sales. All required information provided without needing to ask.

From our entry into the store, we were advised where the products were we were looking to buy, we were left alone to look at the items and when ready for advise from the assistant, she was not far away, she showed as how the product worked and then stepped away allowing us to have an opportunity to talk and wasn't pushy for us to decide.
