From the moment we entered in the shop, it felt like a "dream"...Natalie was really helpful. Then, we did the matching to see which mattress would suit us better. It felt like a treat. My son, who is 12, was with us and he had an amazing educational morning, as he learnt a lot about the technical terms of the mattress. It was a very interesting experience for him. Natalie showed us all the different types of mattress, the price range was great. The customer service was brilliant and we have just received the mattress. Nice and early. The communication with the company has been fantastic too. Thank you.

I WOULD POINT OUT THAT I AM DEAF SO MY DAUGHTER DID MOST OF THE TALKING WITH THE MEMBER OF STAFF. MY INITIAL LOOK AT YOUR PRODUCTS ON LINE DID NOT STATE THE TRUE PRICE OF DIVAN PLUS MATTRESS. PERSNAL TOUCH IS EVERYTHING.

The store assistant Natalie was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions. She appeared to be very knowledgeable about the products and was efficient in ensuring everything was thoroughly cleaned after use/testing
