Very informative assistant. Store made every effort with social distancing and hygiene, providing a ‘personal pillow and bed cover’ to use when trying mattresses. Also other colleagues were spraying mattresses after they had been used. Assistant was attentive but also allowed time for me to look further at products without feeling pressured to make a decision. This time was used well as, by the time I was ready, she had checked availability and delivery dates.

Julie was helpful and courteous, gave me all the time I needed, and was accurate recording information. The manager was also courteous and helpful.
