Friendly, professional but not pushy service. Great price and delivery within a week. Could not had asked for anything more. That person who served us as helpful and polite and explained everything we needed quickly and clearly. Overall excellent.

Julie came over as soon as we went in to the store and helped out with the type mattress that I was after, which was for my son so she gave him some tissue so he was able to try out which one he liked

Very friendly customer service assistant attended to us soon after walking through the door. I described that we were looking for a cheap mattress for a spare bed. I pointed out one I had seen online to which she said they did not have in store but was able to point out another mattress that was very similar to this one for us to try. On trying this and wishing to order the other one we had seen online, the sales assistant ordered this for us
