The staff bent over backwards to help, suggesting alternatives that were in stock, and phoning the store in bexhill, who had the product in stock, and ordering it for us so we could collect on moving house day.

We were greeted and supported by one of your colleagues called Maisie. Maisie explained the social distancing rules clearly, and talked about our needs for a new mattress. She helped us us the Dream machine, and then used her personal insights to find the right mattress (which was also on the Dreams machine list). Maisie gave us the space to discuss what we thought of each mattress by politely stepping away, it was a very thoughtful approach. Paying and scheduling delivery was quick and easy. A brilliant experience for something we were probably dreading to do!

The order was placed over the phone, the assistant knew his products and was polite and helpful. Having a two hour time slot was very helpful and they arrived halfway through that time. The delivery man was polite, helpful and in his PPE
