I like the the quite open and clean showroom, someone quikly came and politely ask me if i need help in friendly way that made me fell like she genueily wanted to help if she could, assessing exatly what i need without draging me round the whole showroom or presureing me to make a sale. When i reterund with my wife I was greeted in the same way again and we receved more help than i would have expected, the assistants product knolledge was very good and the whole experience definally help us to make the desistion to buy.

Great knowledge of products given and guidance When choosing my mattress. I was impressed with the body scanner, which scans you in your sleep position and then recommends which type of mattress may be most suitable for you .Didnt feel rushed into making a choice.
