Found the whole shopping experience very positive. Took my mum into the store who was recovering from a hip operation, sales assistant Julie was very kind and patient. All products were explained clearly and well.

Maisie was amazing, helping us first with the Sleepmatch & then the first bed she showed us was the perfect one. super friendly staff, good social distancing & overall a wonderful, stress less experience. will highly recommend

The different types of mattress were clearly defined on entry to the showroom, indicating type of springs, filling and firmness, making it easier to make a correct choice for comfort and budget. Other suppliers in the area only showed partial information and assistants were not up to the standard of the Dreams sales team. We were not allowed to sit or lay on the mattresses until proper protection had been laid down and afterwards dispensed with. In our case delivery came very quickly after the placed order.
