Maisie at that Tunbridge Wells branch ( north farm) Was a true delight. Brilliant from start to finish. Not pushy- gave us ample time to choose the perfect mattress for our needs. The sleep match was amazing - and we came away very happy. She is a star. And the perfect sales woman

Very friendly service, and helpful staff. I would perhaps just change the layout, or the 'look' of the store, and make it more cosy, nicer lighting, a nicer place to be, more like home, rather than a 'warehouse'....
