He offered for us to try the machine which analyses which mattresses would be most suitable for you so we took up this offer. Dan then explained which mattresses would best suit us and took us to each one, explaining the features in detail. He was very patient and gave us time to try different mattresses by ourselves. There was no pressure and I think this really helped encourage a sale since the Dreams team were so friendly. Dan then helped us to place our order, giving us advice on pillows, duvets and mattress protectors. He was very knowledgeable. Despite a slight hiccup when processing the finance application, our experience was very positive. Ian contacted me the following day to let me know my application had been approved and he was at the store that afternoon to finalise the order. Both Dan and Ian were great with us and really made us feel at ease. The store was also very clean and the H&S measures in place made us feel comfortable whilst trying out different mattresses.

We were extremely satisfied with the service level whilst we were in Dreams. Masie showed us around and was very friendly and knowledgable, and we felt very comfortable in her hands being shown the different products.
