We were extremely satisfied with the service level whilst we were in Dreams. Masie showed us around and was very friendly and knowledgable, and we felt very comfortable in her hands being shown the different products.

Both Carol and Natalie were very helpful and took us straight to the suitable products based on our requirements. Covid-19 measures were enforced safely without being pushy. Ultimately found a product we wanted after comparison with other stores such as Bensons and carpet right. Pricing was competitive.
