From the moment we stepped in to the store we were given amazing service by Natalie. Explained everything to us and made us feel very welcome. Offered us a drink as we made a decision on choice of bed. Amazing service can’t wait to have the mattress delivered.

Ian (manager at Tunbridge Wells branch) was most helpful and knowledgeable. Advised well and took the time to explain the products. Gave extra time and help with mattress choice.

The minute my son and I entered the store the assistant Lauren came up to us and asked if we needed any help she would be happy to assist and then left us (as requested as we were just looking). When we wanted help she was so approachable and helpful with the kind of mattresses that would be best for my son.

My request for a high bed was quickly and efficiently done by Maisie.

Ian approached me straight away remembering what I needed from my last visit when I browsed, told me why the headboard we chose was better then the one we were going to purchase and sorted the purchase very quickly. They also offered us tea and coffee which was a nice touch.

From the moment I walked in someone made themselves available to help me. Very friendly and attentive in helping me find what I was looking for.
