We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. All staff were wearing masks and hand sanitiser was available. We wanted to purchase a new double bed and mattress so Nigel talking us through where to look in the store and then we used the sleep match technology to find the right mattress.

Benjamin knew exactly where the mattress we were looking for was and confirmed the questions we had - he offered the protection package but was not pushy about it, we did take up the offer on new pillows. Great service and we will be back when we replace our bed. thanks
