The item I wanted to buy was in store to look at, the assistant was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and was happy to demonstrate how the sofa bed worked. Overall my experience was very pleasant.

Found the experience very helpful always brought mattress off the internet which experience has shown me can go very wrong end up with wrong bed is not such a good idea. Visiting dreams there was no pushy sales. The mattress service to find out which mattress type is required found very helpful help me along with shop assistants help me decide which mattress type to go for look forward in getting my new mattress delivered hopefully start getting a better sleep
