Upon entering the store everything was organised. There was a clear system given the current state we find ourselves in. A member of staff was there to hand you over to someone that would help find you what you were looking for. There was no pushy sales process, and the employees were there to help you find what was best for you. When I identified a bed I liked the look of, Nigel went away to quickly check how long delivery would take - as he knew that I was working to a tight deadline of 2 weeks for delivery. I used the sleep tester - fantastic experience helping to find a suitable mattress. Nigel’s female colleague helped here and was absolutely brilliant. She ran me through a number of mattresses to help find the right one for me. The process to finalise delivery and payment was quick, easy and clear. I came into your store in first, then went around Furniture Village and Bensons. When in Bensons, I turned to my mum and said we were going back to your store. In comparison, your client service was heads and shoulders above your competitors. I don’t know if it’s the training, or just that store in particular... Kudos to the team, as it shows that client service always prevails.

Friendly staff, both at the door and in the store. Really helpful staff member assisted me to make my choice (Nigel at Farnborough store). No rushing even though they were clearly quite busy. Exceeded my expectations to be honest.

Karen was incredibly helpful. She gave us an exemplary customer experience while also managing to keep my two young children interested. She looked after every member of my family really well and was very patient with my kids. Karen really listened to what we wanted and despite not being able to match my wife’s very specific headboard requirements she offered us a number of great alternatives which resulted in us purchasing a new divan, headboard and mattress. Despite the current covid restrictions Karen managed to make the experience as enjoyable as possible while adhering to the guidelines.
