Karen was really knowledgable, patient and helped accommodate a husband and wives different needs. Karen made us feel at ease straight away. She listened and answered our queries and questions. We also appreciated the fact that Karen never put us under pressure to make a purchase.

We were greeted in a confident manor, which eased our minds due to the COVID situation. Alex helped us choose the correct mattress, he was highly knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in a bed and showed us all the options and explained the pros and cons of each bed and helped up choose the perfect bed. He really knew his stuff which gave us confidence in the company and product. He made us laugh and we have a great experience choosing a bed :-) highly recommended
