We were greeted in a confident manor, which eased our minds due to the COVID situation. Alex helped us choose the correct mattress, he was highly knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in a bed and showed us all the options and explained the pros and cons of each bed and helped up choose the perfect bed. He really knew his stuff which gave us confidence in the company and product. He made us laugh and we have a great experience choosing a bed :-) highly recommended

Karen was amazing, she took the time to get to know me and my partner to establish what we were looking for. She did not try to push other products on us that were not necessary. We got a great deal and she was polite and her application of social distancing measures to keep us, herself, and her colleague safe was second to none. Thank you for your help in finding us the perfect mattress
