The assistant could not have been more helpful. The range and quality of the products was very good. There was something for every price range. The COVID precautions were appropriate and very sensitively handled.

Assistant Michael was very helpful looked, at a number of different mattresses. Found the pillow we wanted to try and generally very helpful.

Kavitha greeted us as soon as we entered the store and asked what we were looking for. We explained we had come to buy a new mattress. She took us straight over to the sleep match bed to find out what mattress was best suited to us, which i must say we were very impressed with! After finding out we were suited to a firm mattress, kavitha asked what our price range was and showed us all the firm mattresses within our price range. We were each given a personal sheet and pillow case to place on our own pillows to test out each mattress. Once we'd found the one for us, kavitha took us over to her desk where she ran through all the terms and conditions of the finance agreement with us. She was informative and friendly throughout. Whilst she was taking our personal details, myself, my partner and our 2 children were offered a bottle of water which we were very grateful for as it was a hot day and wearing a mask makes it much worse. We've never bought a brand new mattress so the idea of going into a store to buy one was a bit daunting but kavitha was so friendly and reassuring throughout our time at the store, which made it a very enjoyable experience.
