Staff member who served us (Nigel) was brilliant. Friendly, professional and not too pushy.

We spoke to the assistant who happened to be the manager of the store, we explained our requirements and he explained all of our options.

Your colleague who helped us, Geraldine-Anne was fantastic. Geraldine was very helpful but knew when to step back and give us a few minutes to discuss and test other beds. Was a pleasure to shop with her. Thank you Geraldine.

We would never of managed to find or buy the mattresses we did if it wasnt for expertise of sales assistant Cornell and the mattress technology available today. We were very impressed with all aspects of our visit. Cornell was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional it made the whole experience easy and stress free.

Great service, great products, good prices

The shop assistant we had was incredibly helpful. I was embarrassed when a senior colleague asked her a question about a phone Message someone had left for the senior colleague. Cornell who was serving us was answering her question but the colleague was rude to her and interrupting our purchase. Very unpleasant experience- we won’t be going back to that shop and we need 3 more beds and mattresses!

The assistant in the store was fantastic. He instantly approached us to offer help when we arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging.
