I was greeted straight away by a lovely gentlemen called Ben. He went through the procedures in place regarding COVID-19. He then took us to the Sleep Match mattress to see which type of mattress suited me best and he was confident in where they were within the store. Ben was so friendly, polite and most importantly patient as I was finding it difficult to choose a mattress I liked. We left the store to go to another shop but decided that the mattress for me was at Dreams so we returned. Ben was busy with another customer so we were greeted by Jason who was equally as lovely. I received such excellent customer service from them both and will definitely be recommending my friends and family to visit Farnborough Dreams!

Michael in the store was very helpful, understood what we wanted and matched the product accordingly, without trying to push us to more expensive products (which I hate!). He wasn't a typical salesman - very friendly and not pushy! Excellent measures taken with safety in terms of COVID-19.
