The first impression was of overwhelment,there were so many beds in the store. The bed to analyse your weight age and particular health issues was/is amazing, was surprised to see I may have been sleeping on wrong mattress for some years. I had heeded advice from website to save any mattress I liked before arriving to the store too. Michael Hosking was a fantastic sales assistant, very friendly, enthusiastic about each product he suggested without being biased on any particular one. Explanations on each mattress was clear and simple so I did not feel I had info coming out of my ears!!!!! Michael was understanding and listened to what my back history was and my occupation. He undoubtedly helped me in making my decision. Michael is a credit to the team of Dreams!!!

The Dreams colleague, Kavitha, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and it was because of her I made a purchase. I wasn't intending on buying a mattress the day I visited the store but Kavitha was so good that she made me decide there and then that I wanted to purchase. I was thinking about purchasing elsewhere online but she made me realise that this could be a poor decision as I wouldn't be able to try before buying from there and the specific company had a no returns policy. She was also keen I chose the right mattress for me rather than buying the more expensive one, just because it was a tiny bit more comfortable. She said if it was a lot more comfortable, it would be worth the extra money, otherwise if not much difference then I might as well go for the cheaper one. This made my decision as I could see she was putting my needs and requirements above me just spending the most money. I wouldn't have made a purchase if it wasn't for her. She greeted my mum and I, offered us a drink, my own pillow and cover and she showed me the sleepmatch machine and I used it.
