Michael was very dilligent and dedicated to us, even on or first visit when we said we were there just to look our options and would not make a purchase. We evaluated other options and opted to go back to Dreams and make the purchase with Michael after all the information and care he gave us on our first visit.

We arrived at Farnborough Dream's store and was greeted by Geraldine. Very helpful, listened to our needs. We used the the sleep match machine to see what suited us then Geraldine showed us mattresses that were suited for us. Gave us plenty of information. Very kindly got us some water as it was a very hot day. When making purchase, information was given clearly. Purchase was made with no issues. Very much looking forward to receiving our new mattress.
