Everything was explained very professionally with what would be the best product for our needs.

Great experience from start to finish. Cornell was very knowledgeable and took her time with us but also gave us plenty of opportunity to discuss by ourselves. Delivery was quick and just as promised - I received the email with the approximate time and the phone all from the drivers advising when they would be with us. All in all a really great experience- could not have gone more smoothly

We had visited another Dreams store earlier in the day and the assistant was terrible, so we tried again at this store and the assistant was more than helpful and went out of her way to guide us through the process.

Cornell was excellent in assisting myself and my mother to find the right mattress for me. She was extremely friendly, kind, informative, efficient and helpful. This makes it more likely that I will return to the shop in the future.
