After the sleep match again the sales person was ready with the recommendations and a pillow. He had a list of beds that were suited to myself and allowed me to try them. He explained the pros and con of each bed I tried and how beds were constructed. I found two option I liked and he checked their availability, one option was ready in 8 days so I bought it. Again the sales person processes all paperwork and payment without any delays of fuss. As an addition he provided information about pillows used to trial the beds and I bought one of these. I am highly satisfied because I found what I wanted, there was no fuss and I was shown every option at different price points, no hard sell and provided with all the information I needed. The final delivery date was not perfect but miles better than any other furniture store.
