Geraldine was absolutely brilliant. She very quickly helped us find the right bed frame and quickly narrowed down the mattress. Would highly recommend Dreams. However, during transaction, the system froze and lost the order, so Geraldine had to spend time putting in the order again. It might be worth looking into upgrading in store systems to prevent this from happening for future orders with customers.

Felt that COVID precautions were well implemented and executed throughout visit. Alex was very informative and helpful, without pushing any particular products and allowed us to try a number of different options till we found one that worked for both myself and my wife. Also really enjoyed the initial assessment experience.
