Felt that COVID precautions were well implemented and executed throughout visit. Alex was very informative and helpful, without pushing any particular products and allowed us to try a number of different options till we found one that worked for both myself and my wife. Also really enjoyed the initial assessment experience.

From the moment we walked through the door greeted by sanitizer, a mask if we required and lovely Geraldine. Geraldine was concerned about our needs and requests, made suggestions and recommendations. Her knowledge and expertise resulted in our amazing new tempura mattress and pillows. Shes a credit to your company. If only every store had a 'Geraldine'.
