From when we entered the store Ben was very attentive and after kittting us out with PPE he put us on the machine that tests for our particulars needs which was very impressive ! He showed us all the beds which suited our needs explaining how they were made and which springs made the difference for comfort etc. We ended up spending a bit more than we planned but were very happy with our choice.
